The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the rams head and the power plant. The walk was mostly well lit, there was only one or two spots that I felt a little dicey. But it's also Baltimore.....

They did not have a record of my Booking.com reservation. We werent able to stay there as they had no other vacancies. We had to find alternative arrangements.

Nothing at all, no cleaning service over the weekend, key cards didnt work everyday, parking ran out after paying extra for parking, breakfast was ice cold in the morning had to microwave it, tv didnt work 80% of the time.
